HEY YOU!

Psssst

Don't forget to tell your Instructor About any injuries you have. We'll be sure to offer modifications and advice to help prevent any discomfort or pain!

"The Yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are. The goal is to love, well… You. Come to your yoga mat to feel; not to accomplish. Shift your focus and your heart will grow."

- Rachel Brathen

Here at Tola Yoga & Fitness, each class is one hour long. In yoga there are varying degrees of difficulty or pace, be sure to take a look at the "class options" page for a detailed description of classes and difficulty levels. We recommend Yoga beginners start with Gentle Hatha or Yin to get a feel for class pace and the type of instruction they'll be receiving in a yoga class.
