In yoga there are varying degrees of difficulty or pace, be sure to take a look at the "class options" page for a detailed description of classes and difficulty levels. We recommend Yoga beginners start with All Levels Yoga or Yin to get a feel for class pace and the type of instruction they'll be receiving in a yoga class. Barre and Flex classes are great for all levels!
If this is your first visit, you can prepare by downloading the Mindbody App or creating a MB account online prior to attendance. This will allow you to create a profile, purchase class passes or membership options and sign our waiver. If you're coming to the studio without a MB account, please arrive minimum 30 minutes prior to class starting so we can assist you with your login and payment. Please ensure you review our schedule to find an appropriate class time to complete this process.
What to wear
Wear any clothing that is loose or provides ease of movement. For barre classes, grip socks are required. We sell them in studio, or you're welcome to bring your own special pair!
