Tola Yoga & Fitness studio was born out of a love of family, health & wellness. Bringing balance to your everyday, Tola Yoga & Fitness Studio offers several classes and skill levels to ensure that anyone and everyone can experience and enjoy the many benefits of a healthy balanced lifestyle.
Currently Port Coquitlam's largest dedicated Yoga Studio, we have a large variety of classes to choose from including Tabata HIIT, Yoga Pulse, Pilates and most levels and styles of traditional Yoga including Yin, Hatha, Vinyasa, Prental (Gentle Hatha), and more! From relaxation, to fitness based, our studio has it all!
We are not a hot studio, but we do offer a few warm classes. We believe the body is made of of 60% water for a reason, natural sweating vs. dehydration is key to a healthy, balanced mind, body and spirit. Studies and doctors agree that excessive hot yoga is unnecessary and unhealthy so please use our warm classes responsibly.
